What is Vaccination?

Vaccination treatment can be summarized as the process of introducing the motiles selected from the sperm taken from the father-to-be into the uterus during the ovulation period of the mother.

How Does the Vaccination Process Occur?

Immunization, which is a simple process as possible, is generally applied before in vitro fertilization treatment in cases where natural pregnancy does not occur for a long time. For the purpose of the procedure, firstly, a sperm sample is taken from the father-to-be at the time of ovulation of the mother-to-be. These sperms are washed in special laboratories. During the washing procedure, dynamic sperm are separated from non-moving sperm and cellular debris. The separated motile sperm are injected into the uterus of the expectant mother by means of a catheter.

One out of every five couples aiming for pregnancy can reach their goal after one month if they have unprotected and regular sexual intercourse. An average of 50-60 of every 100 couples who aim to get pregnant as a result of three vaccinations, not a single vaccination, can reach this target. If no contraceptive technique is used, and if there is still no positive result in the first 6 months when the probability of conception is high, the reasons preventing pregnancy should be investigated in detail by consulting a specialist.
